Founder & Managing Director
Lucy founded The LKB Agency in 2015 with more than 20 years’ experience in strategic corporate and government communication, engagement and events.
Lucy’s career has spanned working in both agency and inhouse and has included working with multiple NSW Government agencies, the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Sydney Opera House, Aurecon and Tenix.
Renowned for her calm and considered approach, Lucy helps clients reach their strategic goals, supports businesses to effectively engage their audiences, and provides expert advice in times of crisis.
For this reason, Lucy also offers a specialised coaching service – Calm communication, where she works one on one with leaders and teams to show them how a more strategic, calm and considered approach can help them reach their communication goals.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Social Sciences, is qualified by the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) and is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and Meeting and Events Australia (MEA).
Aran has a background in construction and infrastructure and is an experienced project manager.
Aran looks after all LKB business operations including overseeing all client accounts and project administration.
Victoria has over eleven years’ experience in strategic and tactical digital marketing, social media, influencer engagement, communications, ecommerce and analytics initiatives.
Victoria has spent her career helping brands build better customer relationships and engage with their audiences across many formats, channels and industries from government to fashion. Her expertise lies in her ability to translate a brand mission, audience needs and business goals into compelling content that drives results.
Victoria has successfully led and delivered international projects in digital technology and has developed and executed national digital marketing campaigns to achieve commercial goals.
She has a passion for visual storytelling, digital initiatives and data. Victoria’s approach is always collaborative and holistic with a focus on adding value through solution based decision making.
Victoria holds a Bachelor in Arts and Sciences from The University of Sydney and is qualified from the ADMA Creative School, AFTRS in Production and is a Google Certified Partner.
Amber has over seven years’ experience in strategic corporate communication, writing (authoring, journalism, editorial), events and stakeholder engagement.
Amber is a meticulous and pragmatic project manager, strategist, writer and content creator. Her background in politics and time as a business journalist allows her to navigate complex or sensitive issues and information, using the power of words and effective storytelling to drive behaviour change and deliver outcomes.
She has developed and delivered end-to-end campaigns, strategies, communications materials and events for multiple clients across public and private sectors at ministerial and executive level, internally for employees, at the local level for communities on pertinent issues, and for targeted industry stakeholders in the infrastructure, transport and media sectors.
Amber holds a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations from the University of Canberra and is qualified in Engagement from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).
Kyra recently graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Media. Her major in public relations and social media provided her with a keen interest and passion for engaging with audiences through content.
Kyra is in her element supporting and coordinating end-to-end delivery of campaigns through conducting research across media and all industry sectors.
She is skilled at writing for all formats and driving results through in-depth reporting. Kyra is passionate about innovative ways of solving problems for clients and connecting businesses with their target audiences.
